Privacy statement

ORT Nuenen handles personal data with care. This statement explains which data we process when you make a champagne request.

Who processes your data?

Stichting Service Projecten ORT Nuenen (Stichting SPORT) processes data for the champagne campaign. ORT Nuenen itself is a friends club and is not registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. For privacy questions, email champagne@ort-nuenen.nl.

Which data do we use?

For a champagne request, we ask for your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, preferred delivery date, champagne request and the name of your ORT contact person.

Why do we use this data?

We only use this data to assess your request, check availability, contact you and deliver a possible order. The legal basis is handling your request and carrying out a possible agreement.

Who do we share data with?

Only ORT members who handle the request or delivery receive the data needed for that purpose. We do not sell your data or use it for newsletters or advertising.

How long do we keep data?

We do not keep request data longer than necessary for handling and administration of the order. Data that must be retained by law is kept for the required period.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing champagne@ort-nuenen.nl. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. When you close the cookie notice, we only store that choice locally in your browser so that the notice does not reappear.
